Communications

• Develop and maintain the master narrative that governs how Chief tells its story
• Build and manage the annual communications calendar
• Serve as the editorial lead on message framing and sequencing across audiences and channels
• Partner with Marketing to bring Chief's mission to life in the world
• Serve as the primary communications partner to Alison Moore and Chief's senior leadership team
• Develop keynote narratives, executive messaging, talking points, and strategic counsel for high-profile moments
• Lead the strategic direction of Chief's external communications ecosystem
• Build and maintain strong relationships across key media, conference, and industry ecosystems relevant to Chief's audiences
• Maintain and regularly evolve crisis and issues management playbooks
• Collaborate closely with Member Experience and Marketing to ensure member-facing communications reflect Chief's voice, values, and brand standards

VP, Communications

People Operations

• Maintain a strong understanding of People policies, practices, and processes to support employees and managers accurately and consistently
• Assist with employee relations coordination and documentation, including helping maintain organized records, tracking follow-up items, and supporting thoughtful and compliant processes
• Help review, maintain, and organize People policies, internal documentation, and operational processes to ensure materials remain current, accessible, and easy to navigate
• Partner with the People team to create and maintain a centralized and organized approach to People documentation, files, templates, resources, and process guides
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline operational processes, and create greater efficiency across the employee lifecycle
• Support People Operations projects and initiatives through strong project management, coordination, communication, and follow-through
• Create and maintain documentation outlining processes, FAQs, best practices, and procedures within company's knowledge-sharing tools such as Notion
• Assist with audits and operational reviews to help ensure accuracy, organization, compliance, and data integrity across employee records and People processes
• Support reporting, project tracking, and operational requests for People leadership as needed
• Assist with HR systems and operational processes when needed, including supporting updates, troubleshooting coordination, and maintaining accurate employee information
• Partner cross-functionally with teams such as IT, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to support operational processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding coordination
• Support onboarding activities, including coordination of onboarding tasks, new hire communications, document collection, and partnering with hiring managers to help ensure a smooth employee experience
• Provide high-touch employee support by monitoring and responding to employee questions, escalating concerns appropriately, and helping connect team members with the right resources and guidance

Part-time People Operations Specialist – Contract

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Partner with Customer Experience business leaders to deliver quarterly business reviews to CLT+ ELT that explain drivers of performance, assess risks and opportunities to delivering budget/forecast and deliver key actionable insights that shape strategy and support decision making
• Lead monthly business reviews with business partners, delivering KPI reporting and insights on performance, risks, and opportunities
• Own end-to-end financial planning processes and tools (budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning models, reports & processes) for business partners
• Build and maintain financial models to assess and report financial and experiential metrics and staffing capacity
• Prepare incremental cost v benefit analyses, scenarios and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions
• Support strategic projects, including new product offerings, experience and retention improvement ideas, promotions, incentive compensation design
• Partner with Accounting to investigate and resolve variances vs. budget as part of month-end close
• Work cross-functionally with all stakeholders to ensure alignment between operational plans and financial forecasts.
• Partner across key stakeholders on incentive compensation design and implementation to drive alignment with strategic objectives and financial goals (design, launch, processing monthly & quarterly payments)
• Design and manage effective dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards
• Build processes, systems, and workflows to proactively deliver actionable insights to improve financial outcomes
• Act as a strategic and financial partner to Customer Experience leadership, providing financial guidance to shape roadmap prioritization and resource allocation
• Lead initiatives to support Customer Experience and Financial strategies with financial insights and operational improvements
• Partner with accounting and technology teams to design systems and processes to support the build out of a scalable financial platform to support Chief’s growth

Senior Manager/Director FP&A, Cost to Serve, Clubhouses

Accounting Manager

• Own and support the month-end close process across key accounting areas to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely invoice processing, payment approvals, vendor management, and adherence to internal controls.
• Partner closely with Payroll, People Operations, and external providers to support payroll processing, reconciliations, and month-end payroll accounting.
• Manage daily and weekly cash activity, including cash forecasting support, reconciliations, and treasury-related accounting processes.
• Oversee Expensify administration, expense reimbursement workflows, employee card reconciliations, and policy compliance.
• Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Assist with annual financial statement audits, including preparation of audit support, walkthroughs, and PBC requests.
• Draft and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and documentation to support audit readiness and scalable processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and improve close timelines.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Operations teams to support accounting-related initiatives.
