About the role
- Delivering executive presentations to corporate sponsors about the value of Chief membership for their executive team
- Nurturing prospects through the sales process with substantial follow-up and urgency
- Managing a large pipeline with lengthy deal cycles
- Sourcing qualified outbound leads
- Planning and executing retargeting campaigns
- Understanding the business needs in detail and aligning those needs with appropriate Chief solutions to proactively drive new and growth opportunities
- Develop and pose recommendations based on learnings & data to senior leadership
- Ability to travel for conferences, in person meetings, and Chief events
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, partner or client-facing role & interest in relationship-based sales
- History of exceeding quotas and confidence to perform and achieve commission incentives
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence, in both verbal and written capacities
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a large pipeline
- Exceptional time management practices
- Proactive self-starter comfortable working as an individual contributor in a fast-paced or undefined environment
- Passion for the company’s mission, positioning, and brand
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent software is a plus
