- Lead engineering and product organizations at Chief
- Own technical and product vision
- Partner closely with leadership for scalable, intelligent, member-centric experiences
- Evaluate existing systems to identify fixes and improvements
- Architect and maintain a microservices-based platform
- Establish best practices for engineering quality and incident response
- Manage internal IT infrastructure and operations
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Strong technical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
- Deep fluency in Salesforce, Braze, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with AI/ML features within production consumer products
- Ability to find creative ways to modernize legacy systems
- Proven track record in coaching and inspiring teams
