About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Supply Chain Transformation Programme
  • Ensure the programme delivers its strategic outcomes by redesigning the operating model
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear, executable delivery plans
  • Manage dependencies across a complex landscape
  • Oversee and support Project Managers providing leadership and guidance
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy
  • Establish KPIs, SLAs, and performance objectives for the Program and manage reporting of benefits realization post-delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and delivering large-scale programmes
  • Extensive experience managing programmes end to end, from concept inception to delivery
  • Experience influencing and engaging senior management and executive-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining delivery momentum in complex environments
  • Experience working within manufacturing and supply chain environments
  • Experience driving delivery in a remote-first environment across multiple time zones (Desirable)
  • Experience supporting business case development and annual budget preparation processes (Desirable)
