About the role
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Supply Chain Transformation Programme
- Ensure the programme delivers its strategic outcomes by redesigning the operating model
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, executable delivery plans
- Manage dependencies across a complex landscape
- Oversee and support Project Managers providing leadership and guidance
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy
- Establish KPIs, SLAs, and performance objectives for the Program and manage reporting of benefits realization post-delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and delivering large-scale programmes
- Extensive experience managing programmes end to end, from concept inception to delivery
- Experience influencing and engaging senior management and executive-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience maintaining delivery momentum in complex environments
- Experience working within manufacturing and supply chain environments
- Experience driving delivery in a remote-first environment across multiple time zones (Desirable)
- Experience supporting business case development and annual budget preparation processes (Desirable)
