About the role
- Monitor and manage account health by addressing key issues
- Analyze customer operational data, implementing control measures to enhance accuracy
- Lead account reconciliation processes and audits
- Prepare, track, and communicate KPI reports
- Identify opportunities for value creation and develop mutually beneficial solutions
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless account management
- Maintain customer contact to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or College Diploma
- 3-5 years Sales/Service experience in a service company
- Worked with financial measures and Key Performance Indicators
- Customer account relationship management experience a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bilingual: French & English
- Ability to drive service quality resulting in greater and sustainable customer satisfaction
