About the role

  • Ensure all operational activities within the region comply with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring plants meet service and quality standards
  • Provide leadership and oversight for resource allocation to meet KPIs
  • Continuously improve operational performance in health, safety, cost, quality, and sustainability
  • Analyze regional cost trends and identify cost efficiency opportunities
  • Lead cost-saving initiatives through analysis and execution of efficiency improvements
  • Develop and execute regional supply chain strategy in collaboration with teams
  • Mentor plant management for alignment with strategic goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supply chain or manufacturing leadership across multiple sites or regions
  • A background in operations is advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence at multiple levels
  • Strong understanding of health & safety management and quality standards
  • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, CI, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret cost and operational data
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage complexity and change
  • Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence and efficiency
  • Ability to work autonomously in a matrix environment
