About the role
- Ensure all operational activities within the region comply with health, safety, and quality standards
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring plants meet service and quality standards
- Provide leadership and oversight for resource allocation to meet KPIs
- Continuously improve operational performance in health, safety, cost, quality, and sustainability
- Analyze regional cost trends and identify cost efficiency opportunities
- Lead cost-saving initiatives through analysis and execution of efficiency improvements
- Develop and execute regional supply chain strategy in collaboration with teams
- Mentor plant management for alignment with strategic goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain or manufacturing leadership across multiple sites or regions
- A background in operations is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence at multiple levels
- Strong understanding of health & safety management and quality standards
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, CI, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret cost and operational data
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage complexity and change
- Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence and efficiency
- Ability to work autonomously in a matrix environment
