About the role
- Overseeing the recruiting and vetting process for new clinical candidates
- Focusing on the VIP customer experience
- Executing full lifecycle recruiting including developing search, sourcing, and interview strategies
- Connecting with qualified candidates and evaluating credentials
- Driving effective talent strategy to support the business
- Collaborating with Clinical Leaders to design and execute integrated Physician talent strategies
- Utilizing research and competitive intelligence to attract and assess highly skilled professionals
- Building relationships with clinical leaders
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field required OR additional experience above the minimum may be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year basis
- A minimum of 10 years’ overall work experience as a recruiter required
- A minimum of 5 years’ as a physician recruiter strongly desired
- Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) certification preferred
- Experience with Workday and/or Phenom People a strong plus
- Experience in both a corporate environment and search firm experienced preferred
