• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform features and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to clients
• Generate estimates using Agile estimating methodology and best practices
• Design, develop, and customize Power Apps canvas apps, model-driven apps, and Power Automate flows to automate business processes and improve productivity
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide meaningful insights from data sources
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems and databases using connectors and APIs
• Implement data validation, security, and access controls within Power Platform solutions
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in Power Platform solutions
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather and understand clients' requirements for Power Platform solutions

• Successfully promote, develop and sell Charter as a full service, high value-added IT network systems integrator into new enterprise and service provider accounts across Canada
• Develop and maintain multiple levels of account relationships with medium and large accounts

• Qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities to meet/exceed required sales targets

• Develop and maintain software solutions using C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Work on both front-end and back-end components of web applications

• Participate in the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, and deployment
• Work with relational databases such as SQL Server to manage and query data

• Detailed intimacy of overall network and communications architecture in large and medium accounts, and able to map Charter offerings that can deliver desired business outcomes
• Maintain a solid understanding of the overall technology sector and market changes, from basic requirements to major industry impacting directions

• Create solution architectures that align with industry best practices and client requirements, ensuring security, performance, and reliability.
• Conduct detailed analysis of client environments, including infrastructure, systems, and processes, to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and present solution proposals, including technical designs, implementation plans, timelines, and cost estimates, to clients and stakeholders.
• Lead the implementation and deployment of applications solutions, providing technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and continuously seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
