About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide application support and issue resolution for PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM modules
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and service requests
- Design, develop, test, and deploy minor customizations, enhancements, and bug fixes
- Configure PeopleSoft functionality to meet business and operational requirements
- Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, Integration Broker services, BI Publisher reports, SQRs, and SQL scripts
- Support system upgrades, patches, regulatory updates, and environment migrations
- Maintain security roles, user access, workflows, and system configurations
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and support testing activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and change management processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of PeopleSoft technical support and development experience
- Strong knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, and SQL
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM modules in a production environment
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor
- Experience with FSCM modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Asset Management
- Knowledge of Oracle databases, PeopleSoft PUM updates, and application upgrades
- Experience with web services, APIs, and enterprise integrations
- Proactive, customer-focused approach balancing operational support, technical development, and continuous improvement
