About the role
- Support the design, implementation, and governance of employee benefits programs across the UK and EMEA.
- Manage the full benefit lifecycle from implementation to renewal and ongoing support and administration.
- Ensure benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with global reward strategy.
- Partner with local HR teams to tailor benefits offerings to regional needs while maintaining global consistency.
- Ensure all benefits programs comply with local legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit processes for benefits administration.
- Manage relationships with benefits providers, brokers, and consultants.
- Communicate benefits programs effectively to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Monitor benefits utilization and costs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate on global reward initiatives such as policy development, Gender pay gap reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing international benefits programs across multiple countries.
- Strong knowledge of global benefits trends and local compliance requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a luxury brand ethos.
- CIPD or equivalent HR/reward qualification.
- Experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury retail industry is a plus.
