About the role

  • Support the creation, posting and scheduling of daily Instagram Stories and feed content, with the opportunity to take increasing ownership of these areas.
  • Assist with key campaign planning and scheduling across skincare campaigns and launches
  • Generate ideas, plan and execute mini social campaigns, including Company-wide moments (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day) and Social-first moments (e.g. World Sleep Day, Stress Awareness Day)
  • Support analysis and reporting on social media performance (e.g. engagement, reach, views)
  • Contribute ideas and support the planning of monthly social-first content shoots alongside the Senior Social Media Manager
  • Support content capture at campaign and product shoots, as well as events
  • Collaborate with TikTok Social Managers on content creation and emerging skincare trends
  • Create short-form, social-first video content for Instagram and TikTok
  • Monitor and share social trends and skincare competitor activity with the wider team
  • Collaborate with the Copy team to ensure a consistent tone of voice across social channels
  • Work both independently and as part of a close-knit team to support cohesive and collaborative execution
  • Confidently and passionately communicate the Charlotte Tilbury brand and product story across social platforms

Requirements

  • A recent graduate or someone seeking their first or next step in a social media career
  • A genuine passion for skincare and beauty
  • Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok (personal, academic or professional)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative team player
  • Full of ideas, with a strong awareness of social trends and culture
