About the role
- Streamline IT procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and strategic sourcing
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT hardware, software (including Digital Marketing and SaaS), and services
- Maintain a forward-looking IT category plan aligned with business and technology roadmaps
- Identify and implement innovative procurement solutions and drive continuous improvement
- Track and report savings performance (cost avoidance, cost reduction, value-add) against targets and align with finance and budget owners
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, and other departments to define requirements and priorities
- Support cross-functional initiatives such as Order Management Systems, Legal Management Systems, and Source-to-Contract platforms
- Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract finalisation
- Manage service levels, performance reviews, and risk mitigation strategies
- Promote ethical sourcing, sustainable procurement practices, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT procurement within a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment
- Experience in Digital/Performance Marketing contracts
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Deep understanding of procurement levers and savings methodologies
- Skilled in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
- Familiarity with procurement systems and analytics tools
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions
