About the role
- Optimize, manage, facilitate and measure efficacy against our onboarding program for new hires on the Outreach team
- Proactively assess for gaps and/or opportunities to improve rep effectiveness and support and build training initiatives accordingly
- Collaborate closely with Outreach leadership to tailor each initiative to the needs of the team and identify opportunities for optimization
- Consistently assess and optimize programming for scale as we continue to grow our team
- Regularly audit training materials for accuracy and relevancy
- Partner closely with our marketing materials vendor to ensure new hires have ample marketing materials during and post onboarding
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales or sales enablement
- Experience in a fast-paced behavioral health or mission-driven organization a plus
- Google suite proficiency
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills
- Experience building content (etc. slides, video, longform text) for a sales or Outreach team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and execute on tasks in a timely manner
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate efficiently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a passion for behavioral health care
- If located in NYC, adhere to a hybrid work model
