About the role
- Act as the main client contact, managing daily queries, issues, complaints, and opportunities
- Lead campaign delivery from briefing through to execution and performance monitoring
- Present client briefings, reports, and performance reviews (weekly and quarterly)
- Analyse data, track KPIs, and provide clear insights to inform and improve campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign setup and delivery
- Ensure all campaign materials and content are accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose
- Provide forecasting and highlight potential risks or opportunities
- Support field teams with training, updates, and campaign communications
- Lead client meetings and act as first point of escalation for campaign issues
- Identify opportunities for growth, optimisation, and continuous improvement
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry regulations and internal processes
Requirements
- Proven experience managing client relationships
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience creating and presenting reports and insights
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work proactively
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Project management experience from concept to delivery
