Pre-sales Engineer

• As a Head of Presales Engineering, you will play a critical role in helping prospects and customers understand the value of Sinequa, ChapsAgents, and ArgonOS
• You'll be the leader of a collaborative, high-energy team that values curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning
• You will partner closely with Sales Managers to guide organizations through their evaluation journey - from initial discovery to technical validation
• You will build the processes to provide a world class product demonstration, proof-of-concept cycles, and provide expert guidance on how to tailor the product - including RAG, agents, and workflows - to meet specific business needs
• You are both a technical expert and a trusted advisor – a hands-on builder of technology and people
• You seamlessly bridge the gap between business and technology, translating customer requirements into impactful solutions and ensuring a smooth path to adoption.

• Responsible for the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy, targeting new accounts
• Collaborate with Chief Product Officer, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to develop personas, market insights, and competitive intelligence, maintaining a continuous feedback loop through customer insights, analyst feedback, and market data to inform product strategy and roadmap
• Develop and articulate compelling go-to-market strategies and messaging for webinar, industry events that highlight ChapsVision’s unique value propositions and deeply resonate with our target customers
• Partner closely with demand generation and digital marketing teams to orchestrate integrated, market-aligned programs that effectively drive pipeline growth with tailored messaging for diverse audiences
• Create impactful customer-facing assets and collateral that reinforce our key solution messages, product offerings, and capabilities
• Direct the creation of a wide range of high-impact marketing collateral and compelling content, including web pages, presentations, blogs, product sheets, case studies, videos, and thought leadership pieces
