About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and development of strategic integrations between Windchill and our platform
Develop scalable integration services using Java and .NET
Leverage Windchill APIs, data models, workflows, and extension frameworks to deliver robust enterprise solutions
Drive technical decisions around integration architecture, performance, scalability, and maintainability
Help define the future roadmap of our PLM integration ecosystem
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Architects to transform customer and market needs into product capabilities
Identify opportunities to simplify deployment, configuration, and user adoption
Contribute to the evolution of a modern cloud-native integration platform
Collaborate closely with Professional Services teams to support strategic customer implementations
Participate in technical workshops and architecture discussions with customers
Act as a trusted advisor on PLM integration best practices and technical approaches

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise applications
2+ years of hands-on Windchill development, customization, or integration experience
Strong expertise in Java and modern .NET development (.net Core)
Deep understanding of Windchill architecture, APIs, object model, workflows, and integration patterns
Experience building enterprise integrations between complex business systems
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, distributed systems, and service-oriented architectures
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud services
