About the role

  • Lead and help define the UK social media strategy, growing the UK Change.org social media channels with a focus on brand awareness and affinity.
  • Create both original and reactive short-form video content for daily output on all social channels, with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
  • Own the social content calendar based on loyal and emerging audiences.
  • Develop and execute an influencer engagement strategy to support priority campaigns, and track and report on performance and conversion impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a social output facing role, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing large brand accounts and growing them substantially.
  • Experience of leading on social for a major UK media brand or campaign organisation would be desirable.
