Requirements

Proven track record of standing up functions and balancing strategy with high-level execution
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience influencing and driving change at executive and board levels
Comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity inherent in rapidly scaling startups
