About the role

Own interview scheduling across multiple time zones, supporting complex interview loops for technical, corporate, and go-to-market roles.
Coordinate interviews across senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional panels, navigating competing priorities and last-minute changes with confidence.
Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a professional, responsive, and inclusive experience.
Partner closely with recruiters to keep searches moving efficiently, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling bottlenecks. Engage directly with hiring managers to address real-time interviewer alignment and coordinate substitutions.
Maintain accurate, high-quality candidate data in Ashby and Workday to support reporting, compliance, and operational insights.

Has experience coordinating interviews or supporting recruiting, HR, or People Operations teams.
Is comfortable scheduling across multiple time zones and managing complex calendars.
Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities shift and speed matters.
Is proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure when plans change.
Communicates clearly, professionally, and empathetically with candidates and internal stakeholders.
