Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders (C-level executives, supply chain heads, merchandising, marketing, and IT) to enable long-term account growth.
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise retail accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, value delivery, and repeat engagements.
Partner with delivery, product, and solution teams to design and deliver data-driven solutions tailored to retail clients.
Leverage retail domain knowledge (supply chain, merchandising, digital commerce, customer analytics, store operations) to provide consultative insights.
Maintain a strong pipeline of retail opportunities, forecast revenue accurately, and report key performance metrics to leadership.
Drive digital transformation initiatives and align solutions with client needs.
Travel for client meetings, industry events, and workshops as required.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in the retail industry with a focus on enterprise account management, client engagement, or strategic consulting.
Strong understanding of retail operations including supply chain, merchandising, digital commerce, and customer experience analytics.
Proven expertise in Big Data, Data Analytics, and AI solutions for retail use cases (demand forecasting, customer personalization, inventory optimization, omni-channel strategy, etc.).
Proven success in managing executive-level relationships within large retail organizations.
Strong skills in relationship management, strategic consulting, and enterprise account leadership.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align solutions with client needs.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and workshops.
Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives in retail organizations. (Desirable)
