• Develop and expand strategic relationships with leading retail companies to deliver Big Data, Analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
• Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders (C-level executives, supply chain heads, merchandising, marketing, and IT) to enable long-term account growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise retail accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, value delivery, and repeat engagements.
• Partner with delivery, product, and solution teams to design and deliver data-driven solutions tailored to retail clients.
• Leverage retail domain knowledge (supply chain, merchandising, digital commerce, customer analytics, store operations) to provide consultative insights.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of retail opportunities, forecast revenue accurately, and report key performance metrics to leadership.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and align solutions with client needs.
• Travel for client meetings, industry events, and workshops as required.
