About the role
- Initiate contact with new leads without needing external prompts and connect them with Outbound Account Executives.
- Develop expertise in BambooHR's products to educate clients, maximize value, and deliver quality leads to the Outbound Sales team.
- Maintain a high volume of cold calls each day, viewing rejection as a learning opportunity.
- Assist the Outbound team with projects and ongoing process updates as needed.
- Collaboration with Account Executives and Marketing to shape your territory planning and account strategy.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in sales, marketing, business or related fields
- Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to position solutions effectively
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with a focus on team success
- Strong proficiency in computer skills and software applications
- Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and growth potential while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must reside (or be willing to relocate) in Utah
