Transfer cases between FBI units and update tracking databases as needed
Organize and process cases received from FBI units or external agencies and update tracking databases
Track progress on cases, check Courtlink notifications, update case files and tracking records, monitor workflow, and report progress
Administer and adhere to security procedures; record and execute permissions to case information upon written approval from a Government task lead
Draft correspondence related to cases and requests to FBI divisions and field offices
Coordinate technical/data processing support and coordinate with DU management on case assignments
Monitor Discovery and Criminal Discovery mailboxes and ensure work requests are opened/reopened and assigned in LitB's case tracking system
Generate management reports using data from OGC-LITB case tracking systems, including Excel and pivot tables
Prepare documents for imaging/scanning; scan, copy, and file documents
Perform Legal Analysis Workflow System (LAWS) and Courtlink searches
Develop, draft and edit reports, briefs, correspondence, proposals, and other documents; proofread and merge document versions
Pull, track, re-file documents, prepare materials for hearings and trials, assemble notebooks and binders, tab, bind, label, pack, ship, and mail correspondence
Provide front desk administrative support, visitor escort assistance, and telephone services
Operate personal computers, printers, scanners, copiers, fax machines, phone answering systems, and shredders
Complete quarterly legal clerical projects to improve management of OGC-LITB and mitigate legal risk
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
TS/TS SCI Clearance Required
The ability to read and follow instructions is very important
Ability to operate a variety of office equipment, including PCs, printers, photocopiers, scanners, telephone systems, fax machines, numbering and binding equipment
Must be able to write and print clearly
