About the role
- Relativity Administrator role at CGS supporting a large Federal agency.
- Responsible for preparing, processing, and delivering collections, reviews, and productions using Relativity and related tools.
- Schedule customer deliverables and respond to day-to-day requests with minimal supervision.
- Provide training and support on case functionality, document review, tagging, and database administration.
- Ensure quality and consistency through established processes and best practices.
- Develop and document new processes and technology enhancements.
- Build partnerships with clients and support Leidos team leaders in delivering stellar customer service.
- This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain security clearance and work remotely.

Requirements
- U.S. Citizen
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Public Trust security clearance (active clearance preferred).
- Bachelors (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 7 (seven) years of litigation, eDiscovery, or technical support experience, with a focus on client solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
- Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Must be able to work remotely.
- Prior work with SQL tables, scripting, and Relativity templates and applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Relativity Certified Administrator or other certifications.
- Federal Agency issued security clearance
- Comprehensive understanding of data management, Office 365, and Cloud environments.
