About the role

  • Relativity Administrator role at CGS supporting a large Federal agency.
  • Responsible for preparing, processing, and delivering collections, reviews, and productions using Relativity and related tools.
  • Schedule customer deliverables and respond to day-to-day requests with minimal supervision.
  • Provide training and support on case functionality, document review, tagging, and database administration.
  • Ensure quality and consistency through established processes and best practices.
  • Develop and document new processes and technology enhancements.
  • Build partnerships with clients and support Leidos team leaders in delivering stellar customer service.
  • This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain security clearance and work remotely.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Public Trust security clearance (active clearance preferred).
  • Bachelors (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 7 (seven) years of litigation, eDiscovery, or technical support experience, with a focus on client solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
  • Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM).
  • Must be able to work remotely.
  • Prior work with SQL tables, scripting, and Relativity templates and applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications. Ideally, you will also have:
  • Relativity Certified Administrator or other certifications.
  • Federal Agency issued security clearance
  • Comprehensive understanding of data management, Office 365, and Cloud environments.
