About the role
- Relativity Administrator to join our team supporting the legal organization within a large Federal agency
- CGS seeks a Relativity Administrator with strong eDiscovery background to support government instance of Relativity
- Prepare, process, and deliver collections, review, and productions using Relativity, File Intelligence, and other eDiscovery tools
- Schedule customer deliverables through internal workflow system
- Provide swift responses to day-to-day customer requests and support tickets
- Leverage Relativity expertise to provide training related to case functionality, document review, and workflow solutions
- Establish processes and methodologies to enable successful delivery and quality control
- Develop partnerships with clients and support CGS leadership to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables through established processes
- You may need to work remotely; beneficial to be able to work within hybrid environment.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Public Trust security clearance (active clearance preferred)
- Bachelors (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 7 (seven) years of litigation, eDiscovery, or technical support experience, with a focus on client solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile work environment
- Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM)
- Must be able to work remotely
- Prior work with SQL tables, scripting, and Relativity templates and applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Ideally, you will also have:
- Relativity Certified Administrator or other certifications.
- Federal Agency issued security clearance
- Comprehensive understanding of data management, Office 365, and Cloud environments.
