About the role
- Intelligence Analyst for federal watchlist and screening program
- Provides embedded analysis and reach back support to a federal agency and partners
- Performs multi-source intelligence analysis and fusion across national databases
- Interacts with government leadership and intelligence consumers; develops intelligence products
- Handles data integrity, encounter management, information sharing, and multiple discipline analysis
Requirements
- The ability to learn the range of pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and precedents which affect the program
- Effective problem-solving, analytic, written and oral communication skills
- Capacity to work as part of a team to provide multi-faceted intelligence products and support to operational units and Intelligence Community components
- Knowledge with Microsoft Outlook applications
- Ability to work with and engage the customer daily
- Active Top Secret clearance and eligible for a CI Polygraph
- Experience working with IC tools and databases
- Degree in security or intelligence studies with a recommended focus on terrorism or other transnational security threats is highly desired
- Two to seven years of Experience
- Familiarity with programs and software such as Palantir, ESRI, Intel Analyst, ETC.
- Completion certificate from a commercial, military, or US government all source analysis training course or a specialized intelligence career field.
- Drafting and development of technical documentation related to a variety of projects in the IT space.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to establish technical processes and procedures.
- Document projects through the SDLC.
- Provide status reports for multiple ongoing projects and related documentation efforts.
- Assist with both user and admin level documentation.
