Proactively handle a caseload of Cyber claims under supervision
Execute excellent administrative duties across various platforms
Identify and escalate claims-related issues
Ensure effective TPA for capacity providers in accordance to SLAs & claims handling agreements
Requirements
Keen interest in claims
Enjoyment of an ever changing environment
Excellent organisation skills
Customer-centric approach
Prior insurance claim handling experience in the Lloyds market (desirable but not required)
Interest in cyber (preferable)
