Proactively handle a caseload of Cyber claims under the supervision of members of the claims team in accordance with CFC Claims Handling Guidelines
Execute excellent administrative duties across various platforms
Identify and escalate claims-related issues to the Team Leader or relevant team member
Ensure CFC’s claims department continues to act as an effective TPA for its capacity providers in accordance to binding authority SLAs & claims handling agreements
Requirements
This role will suit an individual who has a keen interest in claims and enjoys an ever changing environment
Prior insurance claim handling experience in the Lloyds market would be desirable but not required
Excellent organisation skills
You will put the customer at the heart of everything you do
An interest in cyber would be preferable
