• Handle cyber and technology claims from first notification of loss (FNOL) to settlement within delegated authorities
• Work closely with CFC’s internal Incident Response Team to guide clients and triage incidents
• Coordinate and manage external response partners including forensic, legal, and PR vendors
• Foster good relationships with policyholders, brokers, underwriters and capacity providers
• Ensure prompt and accurate reserving, identify and pursue relevant third party recoveries, and seek to reduce claims leakage
• Provide feedback to underwriters on claims issues/trends and collaborate with the Products team on product and wording development
