Handle cyber and technology claims from first notification of loss (FNOL) to settlement within delegated authorities
Work closely with CFC’s internal Incident Response Team to guide clients and triage incidents
Coordinate and manage external response partners including forensic, legal, and PR vendors
Foster good relationships with policyholders, brokers, underwriters and capacity providers
Ensure prompt and accurate reserving, identify and pursue relevant third party recoveries, and seek to reduce claims leakage
Provide feedback to underwriters on claims issues/trends and collaborate with the Products team on product and wording development
Requirements
Experienced claims professional with experience in cyber and technology claims
Ability to work with incident response vendors (forensic, legal, PR)
Ability to work with Underwriting, Finance, IT and Products teams
Knowledge of relevant legal and statutory (FCA and Lloyd’s) requirements and obligations
Conscientious and hardworking
