About the role
- Actively engage with underwriting and claims teams to drive performance improvement and portfolio optimization
- Create high-quality underwriting performance reports and presentations
- Discuss insights with key internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to ad hoc report and data requests from underwriters, claims, and pricing teams
- Compare internal reserving analysis with brokers, carriers, auditors, and the CFC Syndicate managing agent
- Collaborate with members of the Performance Management Team and across the wider business to foster strong stakeholder relationships and ensure a robust feedback loop
Requirements
- Newly or nearly qualified Actuary
- Experience in GI (General Insurance)
- Passion for performance management
- Ability to collaborate with underwriting, claims, and pricing teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
