About the role
- Some Insurance providers allow for Actuaries to be more impactful than others; role is a Reserving Actuary driving performance improvement and portfolio optimization.
- Actively engage with underwriting and claims teams and collaborate across the Performance Management Team and wider business to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create high-quality underwriting performance reports and presentations and discuss insights with key stakeholders.
- Respond to ad hoc report and data requests from underwriters, claims, and pricing teams.
- Compare internal reserving analysis with brokers, carriers, auditors, and the CFC Syndicate managing agent.
Requirements
- We're looking for a dynamic newly or nearly qualified Actuary with experience in GI.
- Passionate about performance management and thrive in a collaborative environment.
