About the role

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business and technical requirements for strategic initiatives
  • Leading and delivering small to medium-sized projects with clear objectives, timelines, and well-managed stakeholder engagement
  • Designing, building, and maintaining advanced KPI and OKR dashboards using Power BI
  • Analysing team and project performance data to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Preparing regular reports, executive summaries, and presentations for the CTO and technology leadership
  • Organising and facilitating cross-functional meetings, workshops, and forums to support alignment and effective decision-making
  • Building strong relationships across technology and business teams, ensuring clarity, communication, and consensus
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and operational excellence
  • Supporting organisational change initiatives and the adoption of new processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Advanced analytical skills, including requirements gathering and performance measurement
  • Strong Power BI expertise, particularly in building KPI and OKR dashboards
  • Proven project management experience within a technology environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce compelling presentations and reports
  • Confident facilitator of meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Solid understanding of technology strategy and its impact on business outcomes
  • A track record of driving continuous improvement
  • Professional certifications or equivalent relevant experience (not required but beneficial)
