Join our Transaction Liability Team as an Underwriting Assistant – entry point into transaction liability and M&A insurance
Support senior underwriters and gain exposure to complex M&A transactions
Assist underwriters in end-to-end management of transaction liability risks
Prepare and issue policy documents, endorsements, and other documentation
Manage and maintain underwriting files and data entry in internal systems
Coordinate with brokers, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely responses
Support team with reporting, compliance, and operational tasks
Help with internal research and contribute to presentations and team projects
Provide global support across multiple regions, ensuring consistent and efficient service delivery to stakeholders worldwide
Requirements
You have 1+ years of experience in an administrative, support, or coordination role—ideally within insurance, professional services, or financial services
You’re highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
You’re a clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal
You’re confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable working with internal systems and databases
You’re a proactive team player who’s eager to learn, support others, and grow within a high-performing team
You’re interested in building a career in insurance and excited by the world of M&A
