About the role
- Support the Credit Control Supervisor in achieving company objectives for the IBA element of the finance function
- Active credit control – Ensure funds are collected from brokers in a timely manner
- Unallocated cash – Ensure cash is applied accurately and resolve queries where appropriate
- Provide support for other team members as workloads dictate, including cash allocation
- Take ownership and resolution of queries to reduce aged debt
- Distribute monthly statements
- Deal with incoming email and telephone enquiries from Brokers
- Drive continuous improvement in team results and support the IBA Operations Team in Finance
Requirements
- Experienced hire for a fixed term contract
- Previous experience contributing to effective Credit Control/IBA teams
- Ability to talk in-depth regarding the technical aspects of Credit Control as it relates to an Insurance provider
- Driven, self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Able to work in a collaborative, team-first environment
