About the role
- Lead financial control for a major project and a portfolio of smaller projects, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Monitor project performance against budget and schedule, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Provide monthly financial reports and variance analysis to stakeholders.
- Support project reviews and governance processes with clear financial insights.
- Develop and review cost models and pricing strategies for new bids and proposals.
- Collaborate with bid teams to ensure alignment between technical scope and financial estimates.
- Act as a key liaison between project teams, finance, and operations.
- Present financial information to senior stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
- Drive improvements in project financial control processes and tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project controlling or financial management within engineering, infrastructure, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Experience in bid pricing and commercial finance.
