As a Procurement Analyst, you will support CFC's procurement and outsourcing initiatives by analysing data, managing supplier information, and assisting with procurement activities. Responsibilities include gathering and analysing procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends; producing reports, dashboards and insights; maintaining supplier performance records; assisting in preparation of RFPs and tender documentation; supporting supplier bid evaluation and comparative analysis; collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely procurement; maintaining supplier and contract databases; supporting supplier performance reviews and KPI implementation; ensuring procurement activities adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements; supporting Supplier Due Diligence for new suppliers; conducting periodic compliance reviews; identifying opportunities to optimise procurement processes and reduce costs; assisting in improvement of procurement templates and systems; partnering with the Procurement & Outsourcing Manager. Reports to Dami Robson.
Requirements
The suitable candidate will have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while being proficient in data analysis and reporting tools. You will have experience of procurement processes and supplier management, as well as excellent verbal and written communication. Experience preparing RFPs and tender documentation, evaluating supplier bids, maintaining supplier databases, supplier due diligence, compliance, and KPI implementation is desirable.
