Support staff and Project Managers in developing design layouts and frameworks for projects
Generate the development of design concepts under the guidance of senior staff
Research design and planning to ensure alignment with project goals
Prepare project specifications and analyze relevant data for informed decision-making
Write reports, specifications, estimates, and calculations
Research building codes, zoning regulations, and project requirements for compliance
Participate in site visits to assess project conditions and gather information
Collaborate with junior support staff and interns
Develop an understanding of managing tasks on multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
3+ years of related experience
If not already licensed, demonstrated interest in actively pursuing or defining a path towards licensure
Able to advance ideas effectively, demonstrating initiative in project development
Demonstrated understanding of basic drawing conventions and concepts
Growing capacity to manage multiple tasks across various projects while effectively meeting deadlines
Willing to develop professionalism, punctuality, organization, and strong communication skills
Proactive in seeking guidance and support from colleagues
Open to participating in office and firm-wide activities
Proficient in Revit
Capability in AutoCAD and Rhino
Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience with Bluebeam and Enscape
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
