• Design, develop, and customize solutions in Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service & Omnichannel
• Build and deploy PVA chatbots integrated with Customer Service channels

AI Engineer

• Own end-to-end development of LLM features: problem framing, data prep, prototyping, offline/online evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with vector search (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, OpenSearch/KNN) and document orchestration.
• Implement prompt strategies, tool use/function calling, and guardrails for safety, bias, and privacy.
• Integrate models in production services (REST/GraphQL/gRPC), including auth, rate limiting, and observability.
• Stand up evals and experiment frameworks (A/B tests, golden sets, regression suites) with clear success metrics.
• Optimize for latency, cost, and quality: prompt compression, caching, model selection, fine-tuning/LoRA, distillation where appropriate.
• Collaborate with DevOps/MLOps/Platform to automate CI/CD, data/version management, and feature flags.
• Embed with CX/Support to mine tickets, chats, and call transcripts; convert VOC into training/eval datasets and backlog priorities.
• Instrument user journeys and define online/offline evals (win rate, hallucination rate, TTR, CSAT/NPS); run A/B tests and ship iterative improvements.
• Build feedback loops (thumbs-up/down, rationale capture, escalation) and human-in-the-loop fallbacks that protect quality.
• Own reliability and UX details that matter for customers: latency budgets, safe fallbacks, clear handoff to human agents, accessibility.
• Partner with Trust/Legal/Security to ensure privacy-by-design and compliant data handling; implement guardrails and red-team mitigations.

Senior AI Engineer

• Lead technical design and development for full-stack solutions.
• Drive migration from legacy technologies to modern stack (ReactJS, .NET Core).
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor team members and share technical knowledge across teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments.
• Should be able to perform Monolithic to Microservices transition.

Technical Architect – Backend

QA Engineer

• Ensure data quality and integrity across the enterprise HCM data platform by designing and executing comprehensive test strategies for data pipelines, transformations, and reporting layers.
• Validate data accuracy from source to target across Bronze/Silver/Gold layers and ensure data meets business requirements and quality standards.
• Design and execute data validation test cases for ETL/ELT pipelines from source (SQL Server) to target (Snowflake).
• Validate data transformations across medallion architecture layers (Bronze → Silver → Gold).
• Perform source-to-target reconciliation testing including record counts, aggregations, and data accuracy checks.
• Test CT (Change Tracking) and incremental load scenarios for data completeness and correctness.
• Validate SCD Type 1 and Type 2 implementations for historical data tracking.
• Test Row-Level Security (RLS) implementations to ensure proper data access controls per persona.
• Create and maintain SQL-based test scripts for automated data validation.
• Perform regression testing when pipeline changes are deployed.
• Validate data quality rules including null checks, referential integrity, duplicate detection, and business rule validations.

• Ensure quality and accuracy of BI reports and dashboards for an enterprise HCM data platform.
• Validate visualizations, test report functionality, verify data accuracy against source, and ensure proper security controls are working as expected.
• Design and execute test cases for BI reports and dashboards.
• Validate report data accuracy by comparing with gold layer source data.
• Test visualizations for correctness, formatting, and user experience.
• Verify Row-Level Security (RLS) implementation across different user personas.
• Test report filters, parameters, drill-down, and interactive features.
• Validate calculated fields and LOD expressions against business requirements.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing for embedded reports.
• Test report performance and load times.
• Validate scheduled extract refresh and data update scenarios.
• Test embedded analytics integration in client applications.
• Document test cases, test results, and defect reports.
• Collaborate with BI developers to identify root causes and verify fixes.
