About the role

  • Lead technical design and development for full-stack solutions.
  • Drive migration from legacy technologies to modern stack (ReactJS, .NET Core).
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and CI/CD processes.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architect and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor team members and share technical knowledge across teams.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments.
  • Should be able to perform Monolithic to Microservices transition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a technical lead role.
  • Proven experience in leading teams in Agile Scrum environments.
  • Full Stack Development: ReactJS, .NET Core, MVC .NET, C#.
  • Database: MS SQL Server.
  • Cloud: AWS services (hands-on experience).
  • API Development: REST API design and implementation.
  • DevOps: CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • Security: Application security best practices.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
