• Agir en tant que partenaire stratégique dans l'élaboration de la planification annuelle et pluriannuelle, en apportant les éléments d'analyse, les diagnostics et les cadres méthodologiques pour accompagner et structurer la réflexion.

• Élaborer les modélisations prospectives liées aux différents scénarios stratégiques (ex. : options de croissance, pivots de modèles de revenus) en concevant des outils dynamiques basés sur les inducteurs de valeur, afin de servir d’intrant stratégique à la planification financière globale (1-3-5 ans).
• Évaluer la viabilité des projets majeurs et des nouvelles offres de services en analysant leur capacité à s'autofinancer ou à attirer des revenus stratégiques. Développer des outils de simulation pour mesurer la rentabilité par partenaire et par initiative afin d'en orienter la priorisation en fonction de leur impact global sur l'écosystème de Mila.
• Effectuer des analyses de sensibilité et des simulations de type « what-if » pour quantifier l'impact de variables clés, telles que la volatilité du financement, les coûts de mise à l'échelle de l'infrastructure de calcul et le ROI des partenariats industriels.
• Collaborer à la définition d’un tableau de bord stratégique lié aux piliers de l’institut afin d'en mesurer l'avancement global. En parallèle, dès la phase d’idéation de projets majeurs, co-concevoir des indicateurs de performance (ICP) permettant d'assurer l'équilibre entre l'alignement avec la mission, la viabilité financière et l’impact scientifique ou sociétal.
• Maintenir une relation étroite et itérative avec le département des Finances afin d'assurer une intégration fluide des modèles prospectifs avec les réalités comptables, la discipline fiscale et les impératifs opérationnels.
• Agir en tant que « connecteur·se » stratégique au sein de Mila (Partenariats, Solutions IA, Marketing, Gouvernance, Formation, etc.), en facilitant une compréhension commune des enjeux économiques et en veillant à ce que les interdépendances entre les équipes soient reflétées dans les modèles de croissance de l'institut.

• **Job Summary**
• Mila is seeking a versatile and rigorous Advisor for Community and Internal Communications. This individual must possess exceptional interpersonal and writing skills to drive the execution of Mila’s community and internal communication strategies. The advisor will be key to enhancing the visibility of our initiatives among our most important audiences and will be responsible for developing strategic content for our platforms, as well as organizing events and other community-convening strategies to drive engagement.

• Represent the communications team at committee meetings to ensure a collegial approach and proactive collection of strategic information.
• Be the go-to resource within the Marketing and Communications team for ideation, creative solution finding, and strategy definition for community opportunities and challenges.
• Act as an ambassador by maintaining a constant relational link and relaying information (including presentations) between committees, the community, and decision-makers.
• Contribute to the positioning, tone, and targeted communication strategies for the communities, including segmentation and the development of specific campaigns that address identified needs.
• Act as the primary resource person for the student community (Lab Reps).
• Nurture relationships with professors, staff and students to foster a trust-based environment for constructive, effective community-wide collaboration and goodwill

• Gauge the "health" of relationships with the community (active listening) and provide feedback to the Marketing team for a holistic vision and avenues for improvement.
• Coordinate and animate, as needed, certain activities and events intended for the community.
