About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and maintain a creative, coherent editorial line across all of Mila’s social media accounts.
Develop innovative concepts that position Mila as a bold thought leader.
Structure compelling visual narratives while respecting high-level art direction.
Produce high-performing content tailored to each platform.
Orchestrate the editorial calendar and ensure daily implementation of strategies.
Work closely with designers, researchers, and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Manage and monitor communities to evolve Mila’s presence organically.
Produce performance reports and recommend continuous optimization measures to maximize impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience: 3–5 years in social media management and content creation, ideally for a technology or creative brand.
Technical proficiency: Advanced expertise in video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or mobile-first workflows) and rapid-design tools.
Aesthetic sensibility: Proven ability to produce high-quality visuals that meet rigorous brand standards.
Bilingualism: Native-level command of French and English required to engage with our international community.
Agility: Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality, real-time content during events.
