About the role
- Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States.
- Complete applications for provider credentials, licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers.
- Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing, licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Interact with providers and clients over email whenever additional information may be required.
- Assist with monitoring or new client implementation projects as needed.
- Summarize your research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for Certify customers.
- Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
- The ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
