• Lead operational workstream components of implementation and onboarding process for new client partners
• Support clients as they complete standard implementation tasks
• Act as the main liaison between Implementation and Operations teams
• Develop a deep understanding of US Healthcare Provider Credentialing and Monitoring, as well as Provider Data Management
• Maintain a seamless client experience from contract execution to go-live
