Systems Engineer

• Manage, mentor, and actively grow the Electrical, Systems, and embedded software engineering teams.
• Own the system-level architecture of core and next-gen products. Drive requirements generation, flow-down, and traceability across hardware and software disciplines. Ensure the system is designed for reliability, scalability, and manufacturability.
• Guide the software development strategy of next-gen products. Oversee both the embedded stack and the OS-SW teams, driving OS-level configurations, kernel optimizations, and managing external contractors for board support packages (BSPs).
• Lead the EE team through the full hardware lifecycle, from component selection and schematic capture to PCB layout, board bring-up, and design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Act as the technical bridge between Mechanical Engineering, Software, Data Science, core FW teams, Clinical, Quality/Regulatory, and Product Management to deliver a cohesive medical device.

• Create exceptional event planning from start to finish
• Understand event cycles and management functions, including; venue management, production coordination, hotel room blocks, vendor management, site inspections, and creative design and implementation

Commercial Events Coordinator

Growth Marketing

• Develop, champion, and execute the strategy for partnering with pharmaceutical companies, aligning with Ceribell’s long-term business growth opportunities.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners for collaborations focused on companion diagnostics, and using EEG data, or co-commercialization agreements in the neurological space.
• Lead relationship building, conduct due diligence, and support negotiation of complex strategic alliance and license agreements.
• Conduct robust financial modeling and market sizing analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop clear, high-impact presentations and communication materials for internal stakeholders and external partners, translating complex technical and business risks into clear executive recommendations.
• Collaborate synergistically with the CEO to lead and manage strategic projects, developing detailed work plans, conducting market analysis, and preparing final recommendations for the executive leadership team (ELT) and the Board of Directors.
• Coordinate multifaceted projects that demand cross-functional cooperation, guaranteeing punctual completion and alignment with overarching objectives.
• Support the ongoing business strategy by providing data-driven analysis on market access, competitive landscape, and pricing strategy for the Ceribell EEG System.
• Facilitate and organize critical day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office, including planning and structuring CEO staff meetings, tracking key decisions, and ensuring timely execution of executive priorities.

Data Engineer

• Develop and execute the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring it supports overall business objectives and long-term vision.
• Provide leadership in defining and designing the architecture for systems, applications, data, and technology infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business leaders and the executive team to ensure technology solutions align with business needs and goals.
• Establish and document architectural standards, guidelines, best practices, and processes across the organization.
• Create and maintain architectural roadmaps that outline the future state of technology to meet business priorities.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, leading initiatives to modernize legacy systems and integrate new platforms seamlessly.

Director, Business Systems and Data Architecture

Full-stack Engineer

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of robust, scalable back-end services and APIs for the EEG Portal, ensuring high performance and data integrity.
• Ensure all cloud deployment and application design adhere to FedRAMP High requirements, while supporting continuous monitoring (ConMon) activities through secure design and timely remediation of findings.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, from system design and coding to deployment and monitoring, adhering to best practices in a regulated medical environment.
• Develop and deploy containerized web applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), focusing on security, reliability, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Design and implement efficient database schemas and queries (SQL) to manage sensitive, real-time EEG data.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to define contract APIs and contribute to the user interface implementation as needed.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, quickly prioritize tasks, and proactively anticipate and resolve technical needs before they escalate.

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

General Counsel

• Manage a corporate attorney handling SEC compliance; oversee drafting and filing of SEC disclosures; support corporate governance best practices and initiatives, including board and committee support as needed; ensure compliance with Regulation FD and Nasdaq rules; and support the insider trading policy.
• As needed, counsel on FDA, OIG, CMS and other federal and state agency rules, data privacy (e.g., HIPAA), and other laws impacting life science companies. Advise on HCP engagement, promotion and market access, proposing practical, compliant solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Counsel on employment law matters; draft and advise on employment agreements and policies; support Compensation Committee matters as needed.
• Help implement cost and time-saving processes, controls and legal department automation and participate in other duties as requested or needed.
