Systems Engineer

• Implement internal tools and applications based on architectural direction from the Director of Data Architecture & Engineering, including taking stakeholder prototypes and re-engineering them into production-grade systems.
• Manage and maintain the infrastructure supporting internal AI tools and data systems, including deployment, configuration, monitoring, and incident response.
• Write clean, well-documented code across whatever languages and frameworks the work requires; apply sound engineering practices around testing, version control, and code review.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools and third-party services into internal workflows where they provide clear value, with attention to security, cost, and long-term maintainability.
• Contribute to data quality practices: implementing automated checks, investigating pipeline failures, and helping establish clear data ownership and lineage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, surface technical tradeoffs, and deliver solutions that meet actual needs rather than assumed ones.
• Support access control and permissions management across systems and tooling, contributing to the team’s broader security and governance practices.
• Maintain thorough documentation of systems, data flows, and processes so that institutional knowledge is preserved and accessible.

AI & Data Systems Engineer

Accounting Manager

• Manage all aspects of revenue cycle to ensure accurate revenue recognition under ASC606, including updating the revenue recognition policies manuals and procedures.
• Lead technical accounting discussions relating to revenue recognition and be the subject matter expert with our key stakeholders.
• Driving integration alignment including enhancing accounting based key revenue controls, operational improvements, including providing important analytics to help drive strategic decisions, and possible system enhancement and automations.
• Review customer contracts for rev rec implications, partnering with the Sales Leadership Team on structuring transaction deals.
• Manage the technical aspects of the monthly revenue close process, partnering actively with the Operational Revenue team to ensure including timely completion of all close analysis and reviews.
• Work actively with external auditors (PWC) to ensure that company’s revenue recognition interpretation and internal revenue guidance are consistent and compliant with GAAP and all technical pronouncements.
• Implement timely reporting and process improvements to our current processes.
• Evaluate and access technical revenue recognition aspects for proper accounting on any new company level business models.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Manage complex and rapidly changing calendars for the CEO and CFO, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and scheduling conflicts are resolved quickly.
• Execute all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
• Coordinate and manage scheduling for major committee and board meetings and manage DocuSign distribution, as needed.
• Process and reconcile expense reports and corporate credit card transactions using platforms such as Emburse/Certify, Concur, or Expensify.
