• Work collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Asset Management, Finance, and Compliance to ensure investment marketing materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with corporate messaging.
• Gather and organize portfolio, performance, and market information required to support investor-facing communications.
• Develop and update marketing materials such as pitch decks, deal sheets, fund summaries, presentations, and thought leadership content.

• Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure proactive timely resolution of all prospective and current Resident inquiries.
• Professionally and courteously handle all previous, prospective and current Resident inquiries, feedback, complaints, or concerns.
• Ensure a high level of professionalism is achieved through constant and consistent attention to Centurion’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Promote a strong sense of community.
• Answer all prospective and current Resident inquiries, providing related information and forms when required.
• Organize and book visitor appointments in a targeted environment in Microsoft Outlook and Lead Managing.
• Obtain all prospective Resident information using the provided script and enter all Leads, including those gathered through email, telephone, or building Guest Cards, into Lead Managing.
• Place all requesting prospective Residents onto the Waiting List and follow up with them regularly to keep them up-to-date on the status of availability; removing from the list prospective Residents who are no longer in need of the apartment.
• Follow up with outbound rental inquiries through various leads.
• Follow up with Leads and update their current status in Lead Managing.
• Promote Centurion’s Value Proposition.
• Complete weekly variance reporting and other reports as assigned.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Bilingual Call Centre Representative

Accountant

• Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure proactive timely resolution of all Resident inquiries
• Professionally and courteously handle all Resident inquiries, feedback, complaints, or concerns
• Enter all Resident move-ins and move-outs in Yardi
• Review signed leases for accuracy and scan into Resident files in Yardi
• Post monthly rents and late fees according to established policies and timelines
• Process receipts immediately after they have been received

• Reporting to the Director, Investor Relations, responsible for aiding in the professional management and administration activities for Centurion Asset Management Inc.
• Ensures accurate, timely, and compliant execution and oversight of investment administration activities while upholding Centurion’s established standards and service commitments to its Unit Holders.
• Accountable for the effective and efficient delivery of investment administration functions and provides leadership, oversight, and guidance to the investment administration team in support of operational excellence, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Plays a key part in ensuring high-quality operational reporting and information flow to support internal decision-making and investor communications.
• Responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the Investment Administration team by setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Manages team capacity and workload to ensure appropriate coverage across subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, commissions, and reporting cycles.
• Ensures team deliverables are completed accurately and on time, with a strong emphasis on documentation, reporting discipline, and adherence to established controls.
• Oversees the end-to-end investment administration lifecycle, including subscription agreements, redemptions, distributions, transfers, and commission processing.
• Ensures that operational data and reporting outputs are reliable and aligned to support internal management reporting and investor-facing communications.
• Develops and fosters strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensures proactive and timely resolution of advisor and client inquiries, feedback, or concerns.
• Oversees the subscription agreement process to ensure all agreements meet established compliance standards, are addressed within 24 hours, and close within the same month of receipt.
