About the role

  • Manage and drive the full-cycle recruiting process, overseeing job postings, reviewing applications and managing candidates from initial screenings and assessments through final offer negotiation.
  • Manage multiple searches at once with a sense of urgency, prioritizing effectively and anticipating roadblocks before they arise.
  • Ensure hiring managers are presented with qualified candidate pools that offer a broad representation of experience and background.
  • Provide hiring managers with tools and best practices to ensure consistent interview experience
  • Maintain relationships with active and passive prospects.
  • Foster strong relationships with business leaders and be an effective communicator who can influence leaders and work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR and TA teammates to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals and talent initiatives.
  • Be a culture carrier!

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience
  • Experience in full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates.
  • Ability to think outside the box, problem solve & anticipate.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Based in the NYC area, with the ability to be in office 2-3 days a week (and when candidates are on-site). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
