Requirements

  • Extensive experience coaching and influencing leaders at all levels
  • Strong grasp of UK employment law
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex and high-risk ER cases
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret data
  • Experience in a large and ideally unionised environment
  • A CIPD qualification is preferred but not necessary
