Analyst

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
• Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
• Act as a clinical leader, mentor, and changemaker to support team growth and clinical quality

Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

• Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
• Split time between remote supervision, planning, collaboration and purposeful in-person engagement for assessments, modeling, and coaching

• Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across virtual and in-home or center-based settings
• Split time 50/50 between remote supervision/planning and in-person client visits
• Supervise and coach Behavior Technicians and model programs during in-person visits
• Run assessments, develop and implement individualized behavior plans, and provide parent training
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and Clinical Excellence Team
• Rely on operations team for scheduling and onboarding logistics

• Hybrid role with 50% remote and 50% in-person work
• Deliver and oversee ABA therapy services across virtual and in-home or center-based settings
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and coach during in-person visits
• Conduct assessments, model programs, and support new clients
• Collaborate with clinical teams and operations to manage scheduling and onboarding
