About the role
- Hybrid role with 50% remote and 50% in-person work
- Deliver and oversee ABA therapy services across virtual and in-home or center-based settings
- Supervise Behavior Technicians and coach during in-person visits
- Conduct assessments, model programs, and support new clients
- Collaborate with clinical teams and operations to manage scheduling and onboarding
- Promote assent-based, skills-focused treatment and parent engagement
Requirements
- Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across virtual and in-home or center-based settings
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Engage parents with monthly parent training
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
