About the role
- Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
- Split time between remote supervision, planning, collaboration and purposeful in-person engagement for assessments, modeling, and coaching
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Experience delivering ABA therapy in virtual and in-person settings
- Ability to supervise and support Behavior Technicians
- Skill in developing assent-based, individualized behavior plans using ABA principles
- Experience engaging and training parents (monthly parent training)
- Data-driven decision-making and ability to maintain high-quality clinical services
