About the role
- Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across virtual and in-home or center-based settings
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
- Support new clients, model programs, run assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and strengthen family relationships during in-person time
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and the Clinical Excellence Team
- Rely on operations team for scheduling, onboarding of technicians, and logistics
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Ability to oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Provide monthly parent training
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work in Niles, Michigan, United States (local or willing to travel in-person)
